I got around to attaching the drive motors to my EQ3-2 mount tonight. It took about 20 minutes, and I could have done it in my sleep. It runs so quietly I don't really believe it's moving the scope. I'll have to wait until I can see some sky to know for sure.

I'm wondering if putting a little plastic wrap around the jacks for the RA and Dec controllers mightn't be a good idea. They look pretty vulnerable to moisture.

You might be better off using shrink sleeving its a bit tougher and looks neater
