really good night last night

not perfect but got some great pictures and a ton of data to process
started of with Jupiter and the Moon, later on I got Mars and Saturn

learned a valuable lesson (make sure your star chart is set to EQ mode, sure helps tracking)

and to round it off I got my first view of Venus at just after 6:30 this morning through a telescope

all in all a good night despite some dodgy weather to start with
and I got to see 4 of the major planets pretty well (better than I ever have before)

now if my laptop would stop with the updates I could uplink and transfer the data while I sleep

Finally some clear skies (well enough to make it worthwhile)
