48mm Male to SCT Female Adapter

I have a Celestron OAG it comes with a SCT adapter ( adds 27mm ) but this makes the f6.3 FR around 120mm from the sensor the 48mm female adapter (4mm thick) supplied with OAG will reduce the distance but FLO don't stock any and Google hasn't been my friend....There is a male 48mm adapter supplied but this is 12mm thick so the female is a better option...

The SCT adapter starts at the silver knob and finished at the f6.3 FR.....

Had a thought about the 48mm - SCT adapter, i have a 48mm that came in the box, anybody know a Company ect that could enlarge the 48mm thread to a SCT thread this would be a better way to go to keep the FR to DSLR Sensor distance down.....
