Which hairdryer?

I have astrozap dew shields for both scopes so no problems with the collector- but I'm thinking of a small 12v Hairdryer to de-mist the Telrad and EP's when required. 

Can anyone recommend a good one?

I tried a 12V mini car heater and a) didn't work very well flattened my power tank in seconds so now it demists my car windscreen like it was designed to.

You will use far less power from your battery if you make mini-dew heaters from a few resistors.  There are lots of designs in the DIY secton or the web like this one:  http://www.skyandtelescope.com/howto/diy/3304231.html   or  http://www.deepskywatch.com/Articles/newtonian-dew-heater.html
