retailer review?

can anyone advise on how to post a retailer review? i was looking at the FLO section and would like to make a post. i understand that you need to hold more than 50 posts and be a member for more than a month (both of which i do). but when looking in their section, i see no option to post a reply only a red box stating that t is blocked?
