Can i get a H-Alpha filter for my d5100?

Yes, you can get an Ha filter ( 1.25" size ) and screw it onto the the 1.25" nose  piece mounted onto the T adapter of the camera, the whole lot is then inserted into the draw tube of the scope as per normal, if you have a CC mounted on the scope things get more expensive as then you'd need a 2" filter to mount onto the CC and 2" Ha filters are expensive.
