Focus travel and eps?

I've just received an Antares dual speed focuser which I planned to use in place of the standard crayford which is on my dob. Trouble is the Antares crayford looks to be a lot lower profile than my original crayford. If I put the Antartes on does that mean I might have trouble focusing some eyepieces due to it having less focus travel? Is there an adapter I might need perhaps? I would like to be able to use all my eps rather then settle for some

Any help before I commit would be appreciated.

Easiest way is with a barlow lens that has a removable lens and just use the barrel. Its a common thing with lower profile focuser's.
