Lovejoy and Zeta Her' tonight

Planning a pop at Lovejoy  tonight as it's near Zeta Hercules in same field of view with 200mm lens, don't think it will split the double though . and will be up earlier to try and catch some Geminids anyway.

Wishing you luck, rain is coming down by the bucket load in my neck of the woods. I do have the grab and go ready and would be happy to get "any" observing tonight.

Good luck, Dave.  Expecting snow where I'm at.  I saw a few Geminids this morning, though I didn't know why I was seeing so many until I researched it after.  I was too focused on Lovejoy to worry with those things.  Although, had I known beforehand I would've tried to image a few of those as well.
