DSO Suggestions

After finally getting Jupiter under my belt I think next time out I would like to get my first views of some DSO's. I have been putting Stellarium through its paces and there are a few I've been thinking about but not sure how hard they will be to locate given my scope and newbiness. The next clear night on the forecast calls for clear but really cold. Around 10F. I'm pretty sure my viewing session will be fairly short lol.

Any suggestions on short list of DSO's that are fairly simple to find?

Start with Messier objects, e.g. the ones in Orion, Taurus and Auriga.

Maybe have a look at the Moore Winter Marathon list too for some good ideas. Don't think M81 and M82 are on there but are very rewarding galaxies in a scope. Especially since you can get them in one FOV.
