Starry Night Pro and Failed to create or open the plugins registry area

Hi

So I have Starry Night Pro V6 installed and ASCOM  so I start the EQMOD Simulator and then via Starry Night try to connect to the scope it brings up the ASCOM box for me to select the scope and I Choose EQMOD ASCOM Simulator and I get the error " Failed to create or open the plugins registry area"

Pointers appreciated.
