Hi,

Taken a couple of weeks ago as my first attempt at this very large but difficult target and  now reprocessed,  240s subs ( I can't remember how many, sorry ) no darks or flats.  Ascension 80 mm Apo triplet @ F4.8, Atik 428 EX OSC on HEQ5 PRO. It was taken on  a clear night but with a lot of moisture in the air hence the strange noise pattern. Process wise the removal of noise without eating up too much detail and the correcting of the complex gradients caused me a lot of head ache and  required multiple masking. Not an spectacular image but interesting because of the tight crop and core detail. Hope you like it anyway.
