TV TRF-2008 & DSLR spacing

hi so ive managed to pick up one a trf-2008, upon some research on the webo there seems to be a mix of information some saying you do need to use spacers just screw it to the t-adaptor and some say you need 55mm form the flange. is any one using this flattner or has done previously with a DSLR. if so how did you use this in conjunction with your scope

I'm not sure about that specific one but I just screwed mine in straight to the t-adaptor on my 450D and never bothered with spacing and it worked just fine for me. But again I have a different one than you. A quick test with it screwed directly in will tell if it works or if you need to dig further for the right spacing. Good luck.
