No, only your darks need to be at same exposure.

Try and ensure the temp is the same as when you took your lights. Best thing is to do it at end of session, just make sure to wait a minute or 2 for camera to cool down between darks. Theoretically, you should do the same for lights, to ensure internal noise is dissipated as much as possible.

Bias - take at fastest exposre setting your camera will allow, 1/4000, with camera lens covered or dust cap if still attached to scope.

Flats - take during daytime, even if cloudy, cover the scope with a white t-shirt (ironed ) or paper.

Set camera to Av mode (that's where the camera automatically adjusts the shutter speed), ISO 100, metering mode to average.
