ASCOM error updating

Just tried to update ASCOM 6 SP1 to SP2 and get messages "platform 6 has stopped working", "error in C:\users\appdata\local\temp\mia1" and "fatal error during installation check your settings and try again".

Doesn't say which settings ?

Any ideas welcome.

Dave - try copying your current ascom files to a new folder. Delete the original installation and download a fresh install. If all ok then delete the copy folder. Worked for me on other programs in the past...
