It seems that me and Uranium235 are following each other around the sky again, so here is my version of the Cocoon neb.

2 hours of Ha in 15 mins subs with 20 mins each channel RGB in 2 mins subs.

I only imaged this while waiting for another target to rise but might go back to it some time with the camera rotated 90 deg.

Following eachother around the sky? lol.... not wrong there mate perhaps more a case of great minds thinking alike!

I ended up doing a 2 pane mosaic because I couldnt have been arsed to rotate the camera (always a chore with the 80ED). Was this with the WO71? Its just that there seems to be a bit of blue going on with a few of the stars (or I havent processed mine correctly as I didnt have enough blue!).

Think I'll pop down the bookies and put a fiver on us doing the same project next!
