Next Generation Astronomers

Astralstroll

Recommended Posts

Today I parted with my Celestron AstroMaster 114 after three years. It has now gone to my girlfriends nephew as a very early Christmas present. A rather fitting place as it was my girlfriend that originally got it for me as a Christmas present and the thing that kick started me getting back into astronomy. I have very fond memories of that little scope, especially seeing the moon, Jupiter and Saturn over the Christmas holidays a few years ago. I have seen a lot more since with the LightBridge, but those early viewings with the little Celestron were magical.

if the new owner gets as much enjoyment from the little scope, it will be well worth it. I wonder where the scope will end up next?
