Customs clearance

Good afternoon,

I purchased equipment from Moonlite Focusers , it has been in British customs for clearance for 14 days. The last purchase arrived

within a week.

Is there a norm in clearance, or do they just take their time over things?

I had somethin stuck for a month. their process for sending you a letter takes a while. I had to return some evidence to them for the parcel I was receiving (as it was a warranty replacement I had to prove I'd paid customs on the first sale item and it wasn't a scam). After I got their letter and replied it cleared customs a week later.
