90mm Raptor for imaging?

I was wondering how my 90mm f7 Stellarvue would be for imaging?I read that a field flattener is needed & maybe a focal refucer?Down the road if I did pursue imaging,what mount would be good?DSO imaging is what interests me,but it sure does look challenging-and expensive.
