One Shot M31

Single sub of M31 (no darks/flats) with 12" F4 scope, Baader MPCC III, Fuji S5 Pro camera, 300s @ ISO 3200. From a dark sky site in Mid Wales

The core is a bit burned out as you might expect with a single sub though.

Shame about the core but those dust lanes look fantastic!

For a single sub of 300s I think that stunning, perhaps worth going back with some shorter subs to fill in the core but great colour and surprisingly little noise given the high gain/ISO. Seems to be more pronounced stretching of stars to the right hand side of the image, but lovely and sharp for the majority of the fov.

Im new to astronomy so dont know a great deal but that image to me looks amazing
