Atik 11000c firmware settings?

Hi

I have an Atik 11000C , firmware 4.4., last night I tried to turn on the nose heater using the Atik config utility which appeared to work but today (the next day) the capture software is not giving me the chip regulation temperature option. The thermometer is greyed out and does nothing.....

I am wondering if I messed something up in the EEPROM when I was setting the AUX power.

Can someone confirm what the settings should be for the EEPROM please?

Currently I have:

Fimware Major 4

Firmware minor 4

Cooling

Maxpower 255

Minpower 255

properties 1

general

faster readout unticked

temp reg during download unticked

aux power 255

any help would be greatly appreciated

Is that the latest firmware from the ATIK downloads section?

I'd give them an email on their support address.

There's the problem, I can't see an 11000c download option for firmware - there are for the other cameras though....

Anyone point me in the right direction?

I have emailed them and also posted o the atik support forum - nothing yet.....

Sorry but what is an 11000c? Is that the colour version?

Activating the chip window heater has never caused me any bother but something may have been changed, as you say.

I know it's a long shot but I was hoping another colour 11000 user might post their firmware settings for me to check against mine.....

Hi Guys - panic over....

Vince from ATIK has been on to me after my email to support -- the correct firmaware settings have restored the temperature control option...

For future reference, the correct firmaware settings are:

Maxpower 79

Minpower 1

properties 31

and AUX power 0 (make this 255 to turn nose heating on)

Good to know. The only other 11000OSC user I can think of is Serge, here in France. He does post here sometimes, though.

It'll be good to see your results. I'm working on a review of the 11000 and will PM you.
