Rather a lot of haze , so not such a clear image.

2000 frames R , G , B using about 250 of each for stacking.

130mm APO at F30 , 5 X barlow , DMK camera

Great shot John, I've got a couple to process from last night but I'm not too hopefull on the quality...there didn't seem that much detail visible..

Both my recent images have been about 1.00am , not much detail seems to be present at this time. I found it very difficult to focus because of the lack of detail. Is it possible with such a small imaging area to move the telescope find a star , focus , and move back?

I'd guess so, as you say it prety hard to judge the focus last night, maybe a Hartman mask would be an idea.

That a good idea , never tried this with planets. Something to think about.
