TS variable colour filter

I'm compiling my shopping list for when I go to Germany at Christmas and I came across this on their site which appears to be on a deal. It claims to be an 8-in-one filter, being a planetary colour filter as well as a variable ND filter. This is quite some claim! How does it do it, and is it too good to be true at only 44 euro?

I only intend to use it visually. I'll let you know how I get on with it...

I know this is an old discussion, but I was wondering about this filter myself. Did you ever get it and if so, how did you find it? I would really be interested in having your opinion.
