Skywatcher Explorer 150P (EQ-3-2) with Sony NEX 5r?

Will a Skywatcher Explorer 150P (EQ3-2) and Sony NEX 5r work well together for astro photography?

• Anyone know if Prime Focus and Eyepiece Projection will be possible and what adapters I will need?
  
• Also will the EQ3-2 will hold the extra weight? I'm guessing it's a lot better than a full size dslr.
  
• Will the motor drive be sufficient for multiple and longer exposures?
  

Not expecting stunning images but would like to record what I can see through the eyepiece and hopefully reveal some extra detail.

If you've got the gear just give it a go - experience is everything and maybe you'll be a AP pioneer/leader for the NEX 5r

From experience any cam trumps the EP view on fainter targets even in brief exposure
