pentax k-01 to telescope

I just got a pentax k-01 (230 quid from srs bargain imo)

how do i connect it up to the scope ? is it just a t-adaptor or something im after is it

T mount with a K adaptor ( I think the K-01 still uses the K mount). You might be able to find one on eBay complete but if not it's easy enough to find one with a 42mm thread and then get a K to 42mmm adaptor.

I meant to say that is a nice price and the mirrorless design might be good for cutting down on vibration too.

yeah man rude not to at that price, same sensor as the k-5 and I've got some pentax lenses anyway have done 1000 shots in a week and am happy with it

Perfect. I've just noticed that you have a dob, you might not be able to get it to focus with the dslr, if that's the case a barlow is the cheapest and quickest fix, the other being to change the focuser for a low profile one. Plenty of time to worry about that once you've tried it out though.
