Hi all,

This is my first attempt at a galaxy. I was pretty pleased with the result considering the amount of usable data I captured. Knew the weather would be against me from the start, and was meant as a mock setup and polar alignment to familiarise myself more with the whole procedure, in the hope I could see starlight!

Here's what I ended up with:

19/02/2013- M31/M110 - 1st attempt

I spent quite a few hours (lost track) with tutorials and GIMP to get to this end result, although a lot of the info went over my head, I just got stuck in, had a play around, keep what I liked and binned what I didn't.

Advice and criticism welcomed

Thanks for looking
