AZ4 extension piers

Does Anyone know where to get these pier extensions for the skywatcher AZ4 mount?

Research Suggests a company called astrotech used to sell them but I can't find anything anywhere. Looks Like they are no longer trading. Would Like to get an AZ4 but only if I can also get a pier extension

I use one of those 16" pillar extensions. They can be bought from the Widescreen Centre and are very well made but do cost a bit:

There was someone selling something similar on e.bay a few months back. They cost more like £50.
