jupiter and m31

morning guys/girls

little report on sat managed to get a little time outside, not to bad cloud soon went went to jupiter nice banding and three moons had a little look at taurus as well just wandering around. then started to look for

m31 my first galaxy. had a little trouble as i star hop around. anywhy about 20mins later there she was in my 32m eyepeice. magic was blowen away a grey shape was there so i just looked and could see some light core but it was amazing. hope to find more soon.

Congrats on your first galaxy (and Jupiter of course). With your scope, you should be able to pick out the two close companions of M31: M32 and M110.
