Given the ice and snow all over the place here, I was sure the delivery of my scope would be delayed. But nope! To the kudos of the delivery company, it arrived first thing this morning.

Of course the downside of living at the bottom of a very icy hill was the delivery driver struggled to get back up again, but after four goes (and a lot of sideways action) he made it!

So yes, a new Skywatcher Explorer 200P is sat in the living room on its EQ5 mount

A little, but I'm happy to wait for things to warm up a bit first. I could ice skate down the garden at the moment so probably not the best situation to be shifting that lot about in.

Thats what I picked up yesterday & it's doing the same as yours, sat in the living room looking big & waiting for the clouds to clear
