Nice one, what exposure did you use? I tried to do this on the 15th with my 450D on a TAL-1M 4.5" reflector through a 3 times barlow (else I can't get the back-focus!). I ended up hugely over exposing it which I think you may have done slightly on yours too, though not nearly as badly!

I don't remember the correct exposures but I think it was something around 1/60 or so at ISO 1600.

The overexposure was something I did in post processing, a bit to much of it

Sorry I think I'm way wrong about the exposure times, tbh I can't recall correctly, will have to check my images when I get home
