Hi Will and welcome to the forum. So you're crossing over into the ''Dark Side' ? If you haven't got it already, I would certainly recommend Steve Richards book, "Making Every Photon Count"(FLO £19.95) which you read about here. A comprehensive guide on what kit you need and why you need it to take good consistent images that will meet your own expectations and certainly worth its modest price tag.
