Not great i no .but got no motor for eq5 and t ring and adapter lost in post .pic taken on d3000.

Nice start. how long was the exposure? you could reduce the exposure by a few seconds to reduce trailing,

also try taking a few more pics say 15 - 20 and stacking them in deepsky stacking, you should be able to draw some more detail

Great first picture, especially for unguided... As above, short exposures stacked is the way forward with this setup, good luck!

Hi thanks dont currently have a laptop should have one soon this was 20 sec .ive got a scope and eq5 .my t mounts gone missing in post .laptop and motor soon .

Is the laptop for taking out into the field with ? Stacking in DSS (deepsky stacker) is a post imaging process, meaning you process once you get back home, so can be done from your desktop machine

Ok sorry didnt explain .ive only got mobile phone and apple i pad .no desktop or lappy .realy enoying .i guess i pad no use
