What camera for Planets?

I currently own a modded ToUCam (Only SC1) and used this for DSI and Planetary imaging. I have now got a Meade DSI and am wondering if I would be better selling the SC1 Webcam and buying a webcam better suited to planets? I have read a couple of reports of people buying the new high res webcams that also feature USB 2, how do these compare? Are they easy to get a nosepiece attached to?

And lastly where and how much are they?
