Best Software for imaging with Webcam / CCD ?

Ok, so I just completed the Microsoft Lifecam Cinema HD hack and applied the machined parts bought from Gary as shown by AstronomyShed on YouTube.

I've tested it with SharpCap just to see if it works, and it does.

However... I am wondering; which software is best for capturing still images?

SharpCap works great for shooting video at whatever fps, but what about stills, with exposure times etc?

What software is popular amongst both webcam users and genuine CCD camera users for image capturing?

For webcams - SharpCap, for dedicated planetary cameras - FireCapture.

Plain webcam can't do long exposures or offer advanced settings.
