Practise using DSS data

Had another play with the download facility of the Digitised Sky Survey data as the clouds have been irritatingly persistent lately.

This is a mosaic image created by stitching the red frames and blue frames seperately in iMerge and then layering them in Photoshop. The image is reduced in size from the real deal by saving at 1:3 in iMerge.

I would recommend this as a great way to practise the processing techniques when there is no chance of capturing any data yourself.
