Jupiter 09/12/12 - second attempt

Had my second proper attempt at imaging Jupiter tonight. This was my actually my third go after failing miserably with the MN190. I find the ED120 much easier to set-up and use. Seeing was very good in Derby.

Taken with the SPC900, ED120 & 2x Barlow. I shot at 10fps over 3 minutes. Stacked and processed in Registax 6.

I think this is an improvement over my first attempt and I am looking forward to having a proper go with the MN190 in order to get more detail. It would also be nice if the GRS would be around when I am imaging next!

Looking forward to comparing it against some of the incredible images that are shown on here to see what detail I managed to pick out.
