Baader camera adapter

Hi all. I have a Baader Hyperion zoom mk3 eyepiece. I am trying to attach a Canon G12 to the eyepiece. I have an adapter which allows the use of standard 58mm photographic filters to the camera but I need a way of fitting the male 43mm eyepiece thread to the female 58mm. I have looked at the Baader adapters but I am not sure which combination I will need as there are so many of them. I have found the opposite of what I want 58mm female to 43mm male, but I cant find a 43mm female to 58mm male adapter. The filter holder is the one in this image.
