Polar cams

Might seem a stupid question but when you use a polarcam webcam with the software that helps you polaralign, do you attach it to polarscope or focuser?

Is it a bit of both?

What cam would make a good polarcam?

they guy from astronomy shed

converted a web cam to fit his polar scope

I use a Microsoft Lifecam Cinema with a 32mm bung end glued on the end to fit over the polarscope, I may have used some self amalbgamating tape to make it hold better though, It does work however.
