When polar aligning....a question...

I use an Atlas EQ- G mount. When polar aligning I have a question about which info to use for the current polaris transit info...

After pluggin in my location (long/lat) data into Polarfinder I get something like 20:41 min since last transit...then I look at the HA information from my Mount's hand piece and it says 20:52 min since last transit...WHY they disagree I've no idea, but I'd like to know WHICH to use...as the difference is substantial.

Probably takes you the 11 seconds difference to press the buttons to move from one to the other.
