I wonder if anybody has any experience with ScopeTeknix universal fit red dot finder for all spotting scopes?

As a keen birder I have a rather expensive 65mm HD angled spotting scope and maybe this would be a neat enhancement for astro use. For a few years now I've been thinking about pushing the boat out and getting the 80mm. Maybe with an RDF if I could justify that for dual use?
