milkyway with gimp

Well, i've had a go at processing with gimp. only used curves coz its the only bit i've got the foggiest idea about. i think its better than my first post but at the moment i'm just having fun trying to work things out. advice would as always be appreciated.

Sorry. should have mentioned, i used an 1100d with 18/55mm at 18mm and if memorry serves f3.5 can't remember the iso or sub times. it would have similar darks but all taken in jpeg
