Not observing the Moon

I took a look at Skyglobe when I got home tonight, and I see that the Moon is very low, setting about the same time as the Sun, which means I won't get much lunar observing in 'til about 10 days into this lunation. I have fairly high horizons all round, which means I don't see much of the ecliptic this time of year until later at night.

I'll try to make do with clusters and double stars until the Moon gets good. :moon:

Have no inclination to do solar stuff WH.? It would fill a gap for you when you are bereft of other targets.

Maybe you do the sun, I don't know.

Yes, she is.

And I looked through a PST once, and I figure once a year is enough of that.

Spending an afternoon with a (good) PST would be a novel experience, but I doubt I'd want to buy one. It might be fun to watch Sol give off a good belch, though.
