Rigel Quikfinder Rings

Hi all. I have just purchased a rigel quikfinder and testing it out in the dark today I noticed that the two rings do not each have one completely clean, crisp, single line for each circle but seem to have several, fainter lines very close together and offset to the left, its quite subtle so not something I'm thinking I can't live with this but it's made me wonder if it's normal or not, are they perhaps reflections on the glass? I have attached a photo I took earlier of it here, you can't make out the extra, individual lines on this so it just looks quite fuzzy but it gives you the idea, also the photo has made the extra lines look very bright and dominant but they are not as much as this. Any thoughts?

Mine does that. You don't notice it out in the dark night.

When I first tried mine in a room I thought was dark I noticed many red rings. It looked like they had been drawn on with a red biro, but when used outside in the dark it was perfect.
