Star Parties in Kent?

Hi Guys,

Just got back from our annual AstroCamp in Sussex and wondered whether there are any planned in Sept./Oct for Kent area.

I see that one was being organised for earlier in the year on Romney Marsh but got cancelled due to lack of interest/pre-booking.

Unfortunately I am just changing jobs so do not have enough time to organise one myself but would like to pitch up to one for a weekend before it gets too cold.

Orpington Astronomical society normally has one in Kent on a monthly basis. We are currently looking for suitable sites for the immediate future. As we use public camp sites there is no reason why a non member cannot attend. Keep an eye on our website (or join it) to see where we are going next, though we do sometimes go into East or West Essex.
