Attaching camera mount for piggybacking

Hi

I am having trouble figuring out how to attach my dSLR to my Bresser Skylux 70 mm reflector. I have found two suitable mounts for the camera but I am not sure how to attach the mounts to the 70 mm tube.

The first one can be attached directly to the mount but i would like to piggyback it to the scope so that i can manually track using an eyepiece reticle. I am not sure how this could be attached to the scope? Would a leather strp take the weight with valcro perhaps?

The second one looks as though it could be attached using a tube ring but I am having trouble locating a 70 mm tube ring. Is there an alternative?

I will say this about that. Flexure will raise it's ugly head. Regardless of which methods you choose - it must MUST be solid - unless you like eggs for star shapes. I see flexure written on those two suggestions. I'm assuming your scope is not held by tube rings on a dovetail plate?

If the scope has a "foot" mounted into the saddle of the mount - which mount btw? - might be able to use a dup plate to fit the mount saddle. The dup would sit "sideways" in the saddle - across vs front to back - and then mount each to the dup. A side by side setup. You can test the width of the plate required to ensure the fov from the camera does not see the scope.

Does this make any sense to you? If you had tube rings - then a plate across the top connecting both would allow you to bolt the camera to it. Hope this helps.
