Had a bit of a switch about today while it was pouring down , fitted new focus motor to the ST120 to complete the set of USB controlled scopes.

Going to leave the 120 permanently set for solar stuff now , freeing up the 80ED Pro for it's intended use on the dark stuff.

1000D + ST120 +1.75x Barlow ,

20/60 frames , 1/2500s @ ISO 100 , Reg5.

Major new goings on round the eastern limb , looking good for next week ,

Hope the Ha crowd got some nice proms from it today.

Exellent image - As you say should be good for the next couple of weeks at least.
