hi guys-me again

with the skymax 127 i belive there are three types

127 goto

127 manual

127 tracker( i think you face it north and it tracks things)

but which one is better out of the bottom two

There is probably four types of mount the 127 is available on. AZ-GOTO, EQ3-2 goto, EQ3-2 non goto and AZ Supatrak. Out of your two selections I would choose the EQ3-2 non-goto mount (option 2). It is more versatile than the Supatrak aand can be used with a larger number of telescopes.
