I understand some great bargains can be found in the 2nd hand market. Been thinking about getting a goto mount but no way I can afford a brand new one.

Do any sites specialise in used astronomy equipment? Like an astro ebay......

You should also consider attending a star party. Usually on Sat morning there is a slot for astro boot sale.
