12v to 6v

Hi all,

I have a power pack which has 2 12v cigarett sockets and a 240v inverter, but does anyone know if I canget a 12v to 6v adapter which plugs into my cigarette sockets for use with my EQ3-2 dual axis controller or will it be ok using 12v or will this damage the motors?

Thanks Guys,

The Maplins does look the better of the units but I may just get 3 of the cheaper ones, to run my Motor Drive & DSLR which leaves one spare. and saves £5
