Camera Filters ?

Not really. The IR block filter is built in, thats why DSLRs are poor at detecting Ha red light as the IR block filter blocks a proportion of the Ha light as well. A coloured filter will just attenuate any colour which you could do with Photoshop later. Webcams need an IR block filter as the standard IR filter is a coating on the webcam lens and that bit goes in a drawer or in the bin.

The only filters that you should consider are those that get rid of light pollution, such as a CLS, Neodymium, LPR etc. The light pollution can usually be got rid of in Photoshop anyway, so try it first (should save you a few bob). If you have really serious light pollution, try a filter.
