Moon to close to saturn for observation?

Sorry if this is a noobish question, but i seen on earthsky that on friday night saturday will be extremly close to moon. I was a little concerned about this because i was planning on taking out the 114mm polaris this friday night, and i didnt know if the bright light of the moon would make it difficult to see saturn through my scope.

When viewing planets the moon's not so much of a problem, seeing conditions are what you need to be looking at.

One of my best views of Saturn was just before it was occulted by the Moon.

i find that when the moon is up i can see more moon around saturn i think i have seen enceladus
